Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Wired4 LLC’s website, software and related services (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using them.
1. Overview
Wired4 LLC (“Wired4”, “we”, “us” or “our”) designs, installs and supports smart home, networking and low-voltage systems. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wired4 LLC. Work we perform at your property is also governed by the proposal or agreement you sign for that project; where the two conflict, that agreement controls.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Use of the Services
- You may use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, resell or exploit any portion of the Services without written permission.
- You agree not to use the Services to transmit harmful, infringing or unlawful content.
4. Accounts and security
Some Services, such as remote access and client portals, require registration or authentication. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and devices and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@wired4.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, software, designs and related materials, including the text and photographs on this website, are owned by Wired4 LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software and website for your personal or business operations in accordance with these Terms.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the information you provide to us. You grant us only the license necessary to store, process and display that content in order to provide the Services to you and to the people you share it with.
7. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party systems, including cloud infrastructure providers and hardware vendors. Wired4 LLC is not responsible for those providers, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
8. Data and privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle information. By using the Services you consent to that processing.
9. Service modifications
We may update, suspend or discontinue portions of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or to any third party for modifications or interruptions.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. Wired4 LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wired4 LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Wired4 LLC, its members and its partners from any claims or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Deletion of your data on termination is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date above indicates the latest version. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
