Golf Casita

A Scottsdale golf community remodel built to be run from two states away.

Media Room is equipped with a 75-Inch Samsung TV and Savant WISA Soundbar. Additional Revel In-Wall Speakers and Savant WISA Subwoofer powered by Savant SmartAudio complete the 5.1 Surround Sound system. Full Savant WiFi Lighting, a Savant REM-4000 Remote and Savant 5.5-Inch Touchscreen are also installed.

In-ceiling speakers and in-wall subwoofers give music you can hear and feel, inside and out — including landscape speakers at the barbecue and a Frame TV on the patio.

Cameras cover the perimeter, and full lighting, climate and shade control means the house can be checked and adjusted from Utah.

This is a snowbird property, and everything about the specification follows from that: it has to work unattended, and it has to be diagnosable remotely.

Come and hear it outside.

We keep working systems you can walk through, rather than a showroom of things that were never installed in a real house.
