Lake House
A spacious getaway above Bear Lake with audio in twenty-six zones, a hundred and twenty-five lights, and fifteen cameras viewable on any television in the house.
In-ceiling speakers and in-wall subwoofers run through the whole house, so music is available everywhere without a visible box in any room.
Savant video distribution puts the fifteen cameras on any television — which is what the owners actually use it for, watching children in the indoor pool from the kitchen while guests are entertained elsewhere.
Full lighting, climate, shade and door lock control means the house can be managed year-round from a phone, which matters for a property that is not occupied every week.

Come and hear it outside.
We keep working systems you can walk through, rather than a showroom of things that were never installed in a real house.
