Cameras that deter, record locally with no subscription, and increasingly recognize what they are looking at.

Balcony is equipped with a small Luma Bullet Camera integrated into Savant for Remote Viewing.

Cameras deter. Their presence alone reduces the risk of someone trying, and in the event that someone does, they are the difference between an insurance claim and an identification.

They also change how a house is lived in. Being able to see the property from anywhere matters most for homes that are not occupied year-round, which describes a good number of the homes we work in.

Current AI features — face recognition and license plate reading — add a layer beyond recording: the system can distinguish an expected arrival from an unexpected one, and act differently.
