Pre-wire

Low Voltage Wiring

Premium copper-core wire, planned and documented, run before the sheetrock goes up — the one part of the system you cannot go back and redo.

Even the cardboard we use to terminate wires in the correct location is custom...with measuring marks and water resistant coating, it ensures that our wires come out where we want them and they hold their position throughout the build process and the work of the other trades.

Whether you are building a new home or taking an existing one back to the studs, the wiring is the decision you live with longest. Everything else can be swapped out. This cannot.

We use premium copper-core wire throughout — no copper-clad aluminum — with a planned, organized approach and a level of documentation no other integrator in Utah matches. Every run is terminated at both ends, tested, labeled at the panel, and recorded.

Most electricians will pull CAT5e to the television locations and call it done. If that is all your home has, it is at a significant disadvantage before anyone has plugged anything in.

We make sure all of our wiring is organized and secured so that it stays in place and is safe from damage as the other trades work on the home.

Keeping the wires organized by color and up and off the floor helps to prevent wire damage and protects the labeling. Documenting the wire counts and auditing against the HomeBook map ensures that every wire was run and is where it is supposed to be.

Come and see it.

We keep working systems you can walk through, rather than a showroom of things that were never installed in a real house.
